Do you having Bad Day?

Bad mood? Here's some tips to help lighten ur day.
  • Listen to the music. Use earphone to listen to the music. Don't let ur ear listen to any other sound. Then, sing a long with the music u listen. The slow music can help u feel calm. But if u are angry, listen to the hard music might also help u bring the anger out. 
  • Wearing something stylish will help increase ur confidence. When people love to see u and praise u, sure u will smiles and ur bad mood will gone.
  • Remember ur best memories. By remembering good memory, u will feel that u still have the best time and best day in ur life.
  • Search for the funny thing from internet. Since u already in the bad mood, u can't focus on ur work. Why not u search for something funny so u can smile. It will help u feel better in time.
  • Wearing something in the bright color. This is because the bright color remains u of the sun and the good day. Also the bright color show happy mood. If u don't have any cloth in bright color, u can just put red roses or sunflowers on ur desk.
  • Imagine ur fantasy. This idea will help u gat away from ur bad mood. Just imagine places u like or the best holiday trips u wanted. Sure u fell better and will not remember ur bad mood.
  • Eat. Yes, most people will eat something to help them get better from bad mood. Some psychologist said orange can improve ur mood.
  • Mind power. This is the most important u should try always when u having bad day. Take a deep breath and  slowly release it. In the same time, keep on ur mind that when u take ur breath, u are taking all the positive thing into ur mind and when u release ur breath, means u bring out all the bad thing and bad memories.
I hope it will help u somehow. I'd already try this out and i believed it.
