Women and HIV

There are some fact about women are the higher group who had been infected with HIV..

• Based on research, 78% women said they infected by sexual activities with men who already infected. So, make sure u now about whose u slept with.
• HIV live in the blood, semen and genital fluids. So, u are more easier to get infect by having sex. However, u can use condom as ur protection.
• Make sure u not having backdoor sex. It's because this activity will increase the risk to get infect by microscopic tears 
• Don't ever use the condom or the any materials that contains NONOXYNOL-9. It's true it can kill the sperms but it's also make u apathetic and increase the risk of HIV transmitted.
